Our Sir Lancelot Sample is designed for couples who wish to entertain up to 100 or more guests*, but wish to provide most of their own vendors,
this package shows you what to
pricing to expect for all REQUIRED
services as well as a delicious buffet presented by one of our recommended caterers.

- Morning arrival by the bridal party and full use of our three
1000 sf bedroom suite for their pre-ceremony preparations. Use of
our traditional "English Pub" complete with pool table and darts for
pre-wedding relaxation and entertainment. Full use of the castle and
grounds from 10am to Midnight the day of your event.
- Your guests will enjoy complimentary valet service for up to 6 hours.
- Ceremony and Reception set-up: tables, chairs and white linens from our
castle inventory. Your choice of interior or garden locations.
- A sumptuous heavy hors d'oeuvres buffet, non-alcoholic beverages.**
best quaility disposable tableware provided.
- I-Pod dock provided so that you can create your own recorded playlist
for your ceremony and reception.
- Day of Event Coordinator/Castle Attendant to work with you and your
vendors to insure that your day happens as beautifully as planned.
*For additional/or fewer guests add/deduct $35 per person. Over
150 guests add $100 for additional valet service.
**Your buffet will be accompanied by an iced water and tea station. You may provide your own alcoholic beverages for service to your guests or we can provide them for an additional fee.

Additional services, such as your ceremony officiate, floral, DJ,live music & other entertainment, photography etc. may be provided by our approved vendors at an additional fee, or may be provided by the bridal couple using friends and outside vendors.
