.

QUESTION:

- I'm on a budget; can my family and friends do our food, flowers, and other things to save money?

ANSWER:

- Castle Ladyhawke does not allow private individuals to provide the food for their event. All food must be provided by a licensed caterer. You will be able to chose from our approved caterers, or bring your own with prior approval. Certain conditions apply.

You may enlist the help of family and friends to help decorate for your event, even to do your floral arrangements and bouquets. You may provide your own alcohol. Many families have amateur photographers or even entertainers to contribute their efforts to help hold down costs. We can customize a wedding package to include as many or as few professional vendors as you choose. Just make sure you know the abilities of the individuals offering their free services. A wedding is not the time to get mad at a family member or friend for not pulling off some great shots or great floral arrangements!
